My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. Listing and selling real estate allows me to continue working and helping my clients stay focused on their needs and goals while giving them the peace of mind that every detail of the transaction will be handled professionally. I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

I told him that due to health issues I had to move at a certain pace. There were things I was more interested in that others and he made sure all my needs were met. When he said "don't worry about it", he meant it. He handled everything for me to make things as easy as possible on my end. I recommended Bill numerous times to people. Moving is stressful enough. Bill made it so easy. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me.
