My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. Listing and selling real estate allows me to continue working and helping my clients stay focused on their needs and goals while giving them the peace of mind that every detail of the transaction will be handled professionally. As one of the top producing Agents in the Century 21 system in Pennsylvania, I believe consistent training and education are key to staying ahead of the competition.
I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Buyer reviewWorking with Bill was a really great decision. He was highly recommended from a friend due to their positive experience as a first time home buyer. This was also my first time buying a home and I was very anxious. Buying a home can be an overwhelming experience, but Bill was very patient, honest, and reassuring. He helped me evaluate my options, was very honest in helping me decide when to walk away and when to move forward. He was very reassuring and helped me to be realistic. I never felt pressured, we moved at a pace that was comfortable for me. I decided to buy a condo and his knowledge of all of processes involved including evaluating the financial health of the HOA was incredibly helpful. I'm very happy in my new home and very grateful for Bill's assistance with this process. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone who is honest, patient, and responsive.
