My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. Listing and selling real estate allows me to continue working and helping my clients stay focused on their needs and goals while giving them the peace of mind that every detail of the transaction will be handled professionally. As one of the top producing Agents in the Century 21 system in Pennsylvania, I believe consistent training and education are key to staying ahead of the competition.
I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Seller reviewBill Kwasniewski is a professional and personable agent with a great sense of humor. He helped me sell my Point Breeze row home. I was impressed with his knowledge of the local market and the selling process as a whole. He is ETHICAL, I saw this displayed on more than one occasion. He was surprisingly very knowledgeable about the structures and systems of a home - this is a plus, he knows his product well. Bill grew to learn what I needed from him to make me feel comfortable during the selling process. Although he recommend that I list at a cheaper price, he patiently supported me as I listed higher, and eventually lowered to his initial recommendation. I felt as if he and I worked together as a team - even when both of our kids were making background noise on Sunday mornings (yes, Sunday morning - he will work nonstop for you). I recommend Bill if you want to work with a great agent who feels more like a buddy.
