My passion for real estate began in 2005 with the purchase of my first home. That passion continued to grow until I decided to make the leap into real estate from a career in social services. Listing and selling real estate allows me to continue working and helping my clients stay focused on their needs and goals while giving them the peace of mind that every detail of the transaction will be handled professionally. As one of the top producing Agents in the Century 21 system in Pennsylvania, I believe consistent training and education are key to staying ahead of the competition.
I am a native of the Philadelphia area and have extensive knowledge of the city, surrounding counties, and school districts. I am a bit of a foodie and like to explore new restaurants. I am also an avid Philadelphia sports fan and enjoy all things lacrosse. At the end of the day, there is nothing better than spending time with my wife and 2 children.

Seller reviewI contacted Bill Kwasniewski to sell my brother's house in Philadelphia. I live in New York, so I needed someone who would represent me in my absence. I also needed someone to walk me through managing an estate sale, when there was no will. And, I needed someone who could make things happen quick, as there was very limited funds from my brother's estate to work with. Bill hooked me up with a fabulous lawyer, and the two of them got my house sold, with I believe, very little headaches, considering the monumental amount of paper work required to sell a house, when there was no will. I would recommend Bill Kwasniewski in a heartbeat. He is courteous, capable, efficient, and most of all he was very patient with me as we went through the sale process, and I was going through the grieving process at the sale time.
