He had no problem answering the many questions we had. Bill was very friendly! He made us feel like friends in a very professional fashion. He responded to any email we sent him in a timely manner. We could not be any happier with our experience with Bill. He listened to what we wanted and provided us with many options based on our wants. He was very professional and courteous. Buyer reviewBill was like a friend through the whole process. Always being there for us and always always helping us solve a problem. Bill told us about all the good as well as all the bad things about a property. He really helped to negotiate closing costs as well as commissions to make the closing of the house possible (he went the extra mile!). He gave us credit towards closing costs because the previous negotiation that we had with another house did not work out really good but it was not Bills fault, the other lender was really unprofessional, but Bill stepped up and made everything work just perfect. A really really great great agent Im really happy and satisfied that we chose Bill and his team.
