Without hesitation I would recommend this broker. Bill Underdown managed to make the improbable the entirely possible. He changed the course of what had been an exceedingly difficult year and paved the way to a just short of perfect new living situation. (OK there is no gorgeous little lake that the deck looks over) He found that "Forever Home" and made it happen, especially with respect to finding creative solutions to financing. It's been a journey, but he always had his "eyes on the prize" for myself and my work as a practicing artist, art historian and art collector. It will even be ideal for my soon to be canary or two.
