Seller reviewWe purchased our first home with Bill Underdown's help while we lived overseas. Bill made the process smooth and easy, right down to helping us select a painter, furniture and rental management plan for the property. We used the property as a vacation rental/income property and off season get away for ourselves. Like many people we fell in love with Saugatuck and decided to turn our once vacation rental property into our permanent home. Bill is very active in the community and makes it a point to welcome and stay in touch with his clients who decide to make Saugatuck/Douglas their home. Bill knew that while we loved that home as a vacation home, that we found it to be a little on the small side for us as a permanent home. Bill continued to highlight other properties to us over the years. His energetic, pro-active approach with us coupled with his market knowledge meant that he showed us a property when we weren't actively looking to move that ticked all of our boxes! Within 3 days from Bill emailing me with the details of our current house we viewed it and signed a deposit check! The home is really us! Once that purchase was completed, there was no question about who we would use to sell our old house. It had to be Bill Underdown as he knew the house, knew the market and knew us. We had confidence in his energy and ability to represent the property. Thanks to Bill's advice and realistic market knowledge we sold our other house within 5 days of listing it! Bill's energy and drive to get the job done with positive outcomes for all parties is first rate. So, in short we have worked with Bill on three separate transactions and each transaction he has done a great job!
