Buyer reviewBillie Guthrie had helped friends of ours find their perfect home in Greeneville when they too decided to relocate from FL to TN. They highly recommended her to us, so we had no doubt that she would help us to find our perfect home as well. Of course, it took a little time (in total I think it was just about 20 months) and had to expand our search area but we did find the home just as I had imagined it! In all that time, Billie had gotten a very good idea of just what I was looking for as well and I think that when we arrived at the house she knew it was the ONE!! She could have fired me as a customer months ago but she didn't and I am so grateful to her that she kept us on and that she was able to share in the absolute joys that the house brought to our little family. She shared in the joys and the sorrows of our lives during the process and she will forever be thought of as family.
