Rebecca from the start knew exactly what we had to do to sell our home. She guided us in the decluttering, repairing phase to gaining feedback we were receiving from the people who looked at our home. She new the area and where we needed to be to sell and stay competitive. Her knowledge of the entire sales process was assuring to someone who has never had this experience. I'm so grateful we had her help and guidance - our home sold in 6 months and the timing was perfect for what our needs were. Rebecca went above and beyond in so many ways I can not even begin to make a list. Rebecca is the first person that comes to mind when I hear someone say they want to sell their home, hands down she's the best and I cant say enough. Thank You! AS I read through these lists and rate her on each description it has to be excellent across the board. When it came to advertising - she made sure our listing stayed out there and on top of all the realtor sites. She kept us moving on social media and was always spreading the word. We depended on her for her guidance and trusted her to help us make the right decisions when we were negotiating pricing and contracts. In my opinion that was the most important part of this whole experience. Without her experience and industry knowledge we may have made some wrong choices and could have not had a successful sale as we did. At the end of the day we loved our home and it was hard to leave it, because of Rebecca the transition was much easier and I thank her for that.
