Hello everyone! My name is Bob Dean, a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Beggins Enterprises. A bit about me: I was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, the youngest of six children. I have been in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years in all, arriving in the early 1980's. I was fortunate to find my way to Clearwater Beach and fell in love with the area. I have owned and managed several businesses that you may have patronized. I serve the entire Tampa Bay area and specialize in the Pinellas County Beach area- Clearwater, Sand Key, Indian Rocks, Seminole, Largo and Dunedin, along the coastal waterway near where I reside. Buyer reviewI was really nervous about the whole home buying experience since it had been quite a few years since I bought a home and it was one of the most painful experiences I have ever been through. Bob Dean made this experience one of the most pleasant times that I have had in a long while. He followed up on any requests I had in a very timely manner. He made sure all my questions and needs were addressed efficiently. Bob Dean was extremely knowledgeable about the Clearwater area I was extremely happy with his work and would certainly recommend him to any of my friends Bob Dean made sure to get me anything I needed as well as was very responsive to the needs of the lender and the title company. Bob is not only my realtor of choice in this area, but he is also now a friend and still checks in on me to see how things are going.
