Our sellers had a title issue that delayed our purchase and Bob was wonderful to work with, kept us updated along the way.

We are from CT and needed to sell property in MI as part of my brother's estate. Bob Fall was the first to respond to our online inquiry about area realtors and we are glad we chose him for the job. Bob looked at the property and gave his honest opinion about what needed to be done to make it saleable. When we traveled to MI he met with us and it confirmed our initial impression that he was someone we could trust to meet our needs. Communication was great throughout the process. He listened to our needs and worked with them. We are fortunate that a buyer was found quickly with an offer that worked. Bob walked us through the entire process and everything went through as planned and without a hitch. From our initial contact through the property closing Bob was there for us. We trusted him to help us navigate the sale of a property we had never seen which was quite far from where we live and we were not disappointed.

In addition a Realtor from another agency also spoke very highly of him He measured up to all of the wonderful things we had already heard about him. He was always very responsive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have had. He was great at helping us and the seller navigate through the paperwork. He did all of that even though he didn't get any commission off of the home that we ended up buying through a for sale by owner situation. Bob not only offered great advice. He clearly explained the reasons behind his advice. It is clear that Bob not only takes care of his clients because it's his job, but he cares about them as individuals as well. We would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We are very happy in our new home and have no plans of moving again. But if that should ever change he would be the first one we would call.
