I have worked with Bob in the past and he is very knowledgeable and always gets the job done right. Bob was so helpful with listening to my needs and wants. He helped me decide on what the house was worth and kept me updated on everything right up until closing. Bob Kennedy is a realtor that I will continue to do business with. He is friendly, kind, very trustworthy and knowledgeable about the selling and buying of homes. He was always there to help if I had concerns or questions. If I have to do this all over again I would choose Bob Kennedy he is a great guy!

I've had the opportunity to work with Bob on a recent condo purchase. Bob took the time to understand what I was looking for, adjusting the filters to present only listings that were of interest. One of the best realtors I've ever worked with, Bob is quite knowledgeable and direct when answering the many questions I had. These are qualities that I greatly admire in a realtor. He is always available, well prepared, with prompt action, and sound advice. I was impressed with Bob's professionalism when dealing with a difficult situation we encountered on an early bid. He was willing to go the extra mile to consummate the deal, doing everything in his power on behalf of the client. Bob is quite proactive, often having materials ready for the next step in the process before I needed them. Two of my daughters worked with Bob on both the buying and selling sides, and they raved about their experience with him. I would have to agree. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bob to anyone who's buying or selling real estate. He is one of the best.

Working with Bob Kennedy was a rewarding experience. I had some tough circumstances to overcome in selling my childhood home after my mothers passing and with me living out of state. I would come in from time to time to clean out and prepare the house for sale. Every time I was in town I could count on Bob's help with any questions I had or next steps and contacts I needed to make to make sure everything was handled properly and in a timely manner. Bob always answered my calls or would stop by if I had a question or wanted to show him something about the house. He put me in touch with so many key people along the way which helped our family, who all live out of state now, take care of everything needed to make sure any sale would go thru smoothly. I don't know what I would have done without his help along the way. I would strongly recommend him to any friend or family member looking to buy or sell in the future. He is the best of the best.
