Bob was a real help during a time where we had several traumatic events happening. He kept the ball moving and stepped in and handling things beyond the call of duty.

As someone coming from out of state and looking to buy a property within a short period, I had an enormous task ahead. Not only was I new to Detroit real estate market, I did not have any real estate buying/selling experience in the past. I was initially introduced to a broker from another agency who did not have as much experience as bob had. After working with me for few days, she had to take time off for her family and later went on vacation. She was not available when I needed her most to find a house and close quickly. That's how Bob came into picture strongly recommended by another friend of mine at work place who had had a very positive experience with him in the past. I am glad I found Bob because he was so nice and it was a lot easier working with him. He was always available whenever I wanted to see any property and, in fact, we had seen numerous properties before closing the current one. His local knowledge of the area and his extensive experience in the field also came in handy. It was a very educational experience working with him as I learnt a lot about houses and real estate terms. He was polite, respectful, always on time and never showed any signs of impatience when I kept on looking at multiple properties for nearly a month. Because I was new to the area, Bob also helped me find the right people for inspection, floor work, wall painting etc. when I finally decided on a property. For all these reasons, I will not only use Bob's services in future, I will also recommend him strongly to my friends.

Bob sold me the house @15 years ago and has keep in touch for all the years. He was the right person to sell the house for me, if I return to Michigan I hope he can help me again. I would and will recommend Bob and Century 21 to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
