When in the market for purchasing my first home I didn't know where to start. However, Bob Kennedy came highly recommended to me by a former coworker and so I gave him a call. During the lengthy process of searching for that perfect first home Bob was very flexible and accommodating to my needs. He acted in a professional manner at all times all while educating me on the ins and outs of the current real estate landscape. In the end I purchased a bank owned / foreclosed property. The property required extensive repairs in order for me to successfully close. These repairs were required to get the home in a livable condition and up to a comparable market value. To further complicate the process I financed my loan via the USDA backed Rural Development program. Bob was very knowledgeable and clearly had the experience necessary to get us through the tedious requirements and deadlines my mortgage company demanded. Whenever there was an issue Bob went out of his way to help. Even as issues arose that he had never encountered he was quick to do the research and present a successful solution. Just a couple of the issues we dealt with were negotiating mold remediation with the seller (US Bank) and working with the mortgage officers to setup the repair escrows required following appraisal. It was definitely a stressful process but Bob and his staff at Century 21 Row went to work for me and made my dream of home ownership come true!
