Smart, honest, hard working, patient, prompt, fantastic follow through, always ready to go the extra mile. Combine that with his extensive experience in real estate, and his intimate knowledge of the areas he represents, there is no other realtor I would ever consider. He never took anything for granted. Crossed every "T" dotted every "I", left no stone unturned. Always looking out for my best interests in any way he could. Personally present for every inspection, always reading through the contracts himself. Answered his phone day or night, if he didn't have an answer to my question, he would get me one. He brought so many things to my attention that I would have missed, I felt so safe and comfortable with him representing me. An asset to any real estate negotiation. I honestly would not consider buying or selling a property without having Bob Meade represent me. He is the benchmark other realtors should strive for.
