Buyer reviewI have known Bob Meade for practically my entire life, and can remember his face on real estate advertisements from childhood! He helped my sister find her house, and helped to sell my grandmother's. He was the only person I considered when starting my home buying experience. From the beginning I felt I could put my full faith and trust in him. He listened to what I was looing for, and definitely understood my personality and what I wanted from my house. His knowledge, and expertise when looking at several houses was invaluable. He was patient, calm, and professional. When we finally found my house, it was like he knew before I even did. The entire process couldn't have been smoother. He was able to negotiate, and get me not only fair market price, but lots of extras in the house. I am 100% certain I would not be a homeowner today if I had chosen a different agency or agent. I would highly recommend Bob Meade to everyone I know!

I live in Florida so Bob was my eyes and ears. he dealt with the renter I had and coordinated all repairs and inspections. I could not ba any pleased with his work and due diligence in everything he did.

He was extraordinarily patient with us as we prioritized finalizing the purchase of our new home, helping us prepare for our impending sale with minimal disruption to our day-to-day routine. He listened to our initial pricing strategy and agreed to give it a try, and within a couple of weeks we had a buyer submit an offer which went beyond even our most optimistic expectations. Finally, Bob was tremendously helpful in taking the rest of the process through closing, which as a great relief for us as we'd already moved out of the region by that point.
