Seller reviewThere where hills and valleys throughout our process of selling our home. Bob and Carrie (our lending agent at Cason home loans) pulled our deal from the muck and saw it to the end! We could not be more appreciative for their time, hard work and constant communication!!! Bob kept us updated everyday sometimes several times a day. He was very reassuring that this deal was going to happen and if it didn't he had plan B,C and D!! His attention to detail and his advice really helped keep this process rolling! If your buying or selling using this seasoned agent is the way to go. We have reccemeded several people to Bob (and Carrie) and will continue to do so!

Buyer reviewWe enlisted the help of Bob when we purchased our first home. He was our first choice when we wanted to sell. This time we sold and bought! This is not an easy process and is very stressful! Bob made this process easier. He was very patient with us while we bounced back and forth on our decision!!! It was a long road to get to the end. He was always there to answer every question along the way and explained anything we needed know again and again! He brought many reassurances through the process and they were very welcomed near the end when our selling process became muddy (not his fault). We will use him again if needed and will continue to give Bob's number to anyone who needs a realtor.

I would confidently say that Bob O. goes above and beyond for his clients. Bob was excellent and a breeze to work with. I can easily and honestly say that If it weren't for Bob and his team that we would probably still be house hunting. He displayed a wealth of knowledge and great communication skills. Bob walked us through the first time home buying process and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He was professional and super helpful throughout the whole process. By the end he felt more like a friend guiding you through unknown waters than he did a realtor or sales person.
