Bob was phenomenal. He was not pushy, stayed through this process with me for 2 years. He was honest and totally understood what I was looking for. He took his time with me, but was quick enough to help me snag this home--which in today's market is not easy. He treated me as he would a family member, and for that I would return to him for further business. I would also recommend his services to anybody. I respect Bob, for he respected me. Totally down-to-earth, organized, efficient, pleasant, a pleasure overall! Totally on the ball was Bob Rouleau. Helped get me an 8K credit for a roof on an "as-is" home.
