We are moving just a few miles away so we were looking for a house with specific features and in no hurry to move. Bob Ziegler helped us look at dozens of houses over several years. He was extremely patient and was clearly interested in helping us find us a house we wanted, not just to sell us a house. When we did find a house we were interested in, he helped us sort out the pros and cons and was patient as we took over two months to decide. Once we decided to move forward, he found a buyer for our house in one day; the house never went on the market. Once the transaction was in progress, he was incredibly thorough, efficient, and responsive - he always returns calls and texts. We have bought and sold 9 houses over time and Bob is, by far, the best real estate agent we have ever worked with.

Mr. Ziegler took care to keep us up to date on conditions in the local market for our property. This information proved valuable to us as throughout the sales process we were intermittently not local to that market (out of town). In addition, he gave us solid advice on pricing and negotiations yielding a strong selling price for the property. Bob also leveraged formal and informal offers for the property to favorably affect the ultimate selling price. Since maximizing selling price was one of our main goals, we were most appreciative of Mr. Ziegler's work in these areas. Mr. Bob Ziegler is a very good guy. He kept his eye on the ball and got the job done. This was in spite of the fact that he dealt with a seller who was emotionally attached to the property and what he and his family put into it to bring it to market. He showed both patience and generosity in moving the deal to the close.

Bob gave us a great advice as first time home buyers on what were realistic negotiation requests. He took market condition, area, and inspection information into consideration when giving us his advice. Bob responded quickly to all of our inquiries and reached out immediately when he was aware of information that would help in our home search.

I want to thank you for asking me to do the Testimonial for Bob. I don't really feel qualified to testimonialize such a talented and important person. I'm afraid that a testament from me might somehow tarnish this rising star. So I won't. Possibly the best experience I have ever experienced.
