Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers we felt overwhelmed at times, but Bolivar Bravo's knowledge and patience made the process easier. He was very familiar with the South Bay area and was great at communicating and explaining the timing throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk us through the language in the contracts and answered all of our questions to make sure we understood. His friendly personality and positive attitude made it very easy to work with him, and we would definitely recommend him to our friends and family in the future.

Buyer reviewBolivar was very knowledgeable and made himself very available to accommodate our schedules when it came to open houses. After he got an initial sense for what we were looking for, he then tailored his selection of properties to show us, which was super helpful. He also walked us through all of the steps for closing (both by previewing it in advance and then going through the process) to make it very easy and straightforward. Overall, we had a terrific experience with Bolivar. He was very flexible and patient, which was important, because we were rather exacting in our review and negotiation of the contracts. We also had pretty specific desires for our home, and Bolivar adapted to that very well. During open houses, his knowledge of home building was also extremely valuable, as he pointed out both positive and negative features in the homes that we wouldn't otherwise have noticed.
