You may not be able to accept it immediately, but it will turn out to be the right number and the earlier you can accept that, the easier the process will be.

Seller reviewBonney was recommended by a good friend that has known Bonney for a long time, also had used her to sell two properties for her, which she did in a short time. BONNEY, from our first meeting made my husband and I very comfortable and knew she put her heart and soul into her work. Bonney made us feel special and wanted the selling of our home to be a good experience as she knew this was a very difficult decision to place our loved home up for sale and move back north. Bonney even called us after closing on our way to the airport to make sure we were ok and to wish us the best of luck. We had our house listed with another broker first and it was not a good experience although the broker was a very nice person it was listed to our liking. BONNEY, kept me very busy with showings, (loved it). Bonney would update us afterwards in the pro's and con's if each showings. AWESOME! What's not to love about that lady. Would use Bonney again and Century21, I recommended Bonney to my nephew who is about to list his condo.

Health issues forced me to make the hard decision to sell while unable to travel to my property in North Fort Meyers. Bonney and her team went over and above to help me and my family. She was honest about what we needed to do to get the place sold and helped me every step of the way. We are so appreciative for all the knowledge and help Bonney Leckie was able to provide. Should I have the opportunity to return to FL, my first call looking for a property will be to Bonney.
