She was able to send me the properties I had requested that same day. She took the time to listen to want we wanted and guided us in the right direction in order to price our home. We sold the house at the price point we anticipated and within three days we had multiple offers. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The best part of our experience with Bonney is how personable she was as our agent. It felt like we were dealing with our friend. We never felt like we were getting pressured and she offered some great advice to help us with our decisions. A professional in the whole sense of the word. She was very knowledgeable in working on some particular issues that were a result of the recent hurricane in southwest florida. Her insights and transaction instincts allowed the purchase of a great house at a great price, with easy closing withing a few weeks.
