Bonnie Domsteen was very personable and easy to talk to/ work with. I liked her immediately and wanted her to help me with all of this before I even realized I was going to need it. I had not even considered getting a broker of my own, I didn't realize how important that was as the buyer to have. There were some unique situations that occurred from beginning to end with this process and Bonnie had a very easy going attitude that helped me stay calm. She was really a great resource for all of the things that I needed help with from where to start looking for insurance to how to pay for closing costs. She was patient with my kids being excitable, with my husband making numerous requests to visit and measure things, as well as with me and my daily need for updates to calm myself down. She handled all the hard stuff for me, she managed all the details, got all my questions answered and she even came with me on closing day and kept me entertained. I have already recommended Bonnie Domsteen, and Century 21 because of her, and will continue to do so. I would absolutely do this all over again with Bonnie. The only thing I would change is that I would have gotten in touch with her before I even started looking.

Bonnie originally showed me my home a year ago. ... who would've thought it would end up being the one. I want to personally thank Bonnie for her diligence and hard work. After many road blocks I am exactly where I want to be. Thanks Bonnie!

It's hard to give an accurate testimonial because the house we looked at was in rough shape. Had it been a normal situation I think things would have been easier for her. The house had about 30 keys and sorting through them was awful. Not to mention that this is a multi-family house and there aren't any other properties like it. I think considering the situation and how peculiar it was, Bonnie did as good as should could in that situation. She made us feel comfortable and was very easy to talk to. And honestly, that's all you can ask for when the house you're looking at is a definite fixer upper and over 100 years old. I'd recommend her because she's honest and she's very personable.

Bonnie was wonderful to deal with. She did a lot of research to give us options for our home purchase. I would recommend her to anyone I know.
