Buyer reviewI reached out to Bonnie when I was initially interested in purchasing. I was surprised when I was able to speak with her on the same day - a good start. Before I knew it we were on the hunt together to make my dream a reality. Throughout the whole process she remained available, responsive, and prepared to do what was needed at any time. At several points I began to worry about things, but Bonnie was there to assuage my fears when appropriate. I am particularly thankful for this since the process was new to me. She even provided me with numerous contacts in the area which will save me time and potentially money in the future. In the end, I am appreciative of what we were able to accomplish together. Bonnie went above and beyond, and I can't help but think that part of the reason everything worked out is because I was lucky enough to work with her.

She was patient and listened to what we were originally looking for and adjusted with us as our desires changed and evolved during the house hunting process. She was always available to talk and was sending us properties she thought would interest us almost daily. She took us to look at properties we were interested in even when she thought it wasn't exactly up to the standards we had originally set. We spent many days with Bonnie over a long nine month search she eventually found the property and price that was perfect for us. I would not hesitate to receomend Bonnie to everyone I know and would no doubt use Bonnie again if we are looking for another property in Pennsylvania.

She was always willing to help with answering requests and giving insights into how to solve various issues during the home buying process. She connected me with our local title and closing person and mortgage company, and everyone there were equally as helpful. Bonnie's husband was also there to help with anything we needed during our house tours and whatnot. My wife and I are happy with the outcome and would recommend Bonnie to anyone buying a house in the Central and NE regions of PA.
