I'm glad we sold when we did as Brad and his team got a lot of dollar per square foot for our home. Great agent who handled everything for us while getting top dollar for our home. Friends and buisness owners that recommended Brad, well he came as advertised. Brad is a people person and always has been. Those characteristics above are some of his greatest strengths. Karyn was a pleasure to work with. We were hoping to be one of those 2022 seller success stories and we were in my opinion with Brads plan. Thanks to Brad Morse we sold our home in 31 days, Brad also helped our daughter & son inlaw buy their first home just a few years ago and they were also very pleased with their experience.
