His results far exceeded my expectations. We had so many people look at our house. It really shows he did a great job. I would highly recommend Brad Smith to anyone looking for a professional agent.

He was willing to go out of his way to specifically inform us of any unexpected issues with a house even when we were getting ready to put a bid on the first one. He was also willing to come out and help fix a minor issue on the house after we had already closed and discovered it afterwards. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
