Buyer reviewBrad was very patient with all of my questions. He went out of his way to make sure my interests were considered when dealing with the house's seller. He was very reassuring during the waiting time for the mortgage company approval. After the sell, Brad was helpful with finding a roofer when the house sprang a small leak (I had called him since I had not received my copy of the home warranty yet). I would recommend him to everyone.
