Buyer reviewBrad probably didn't know what he was getting into when we decided to move back to our hometown - e.g. we're going to make you show us house after house after house, even ones that we know we're not going to take or seriously consider in the end. But he handled it like a champ, despite having to show us places that we weren't going to make offers on - well, perhaps I should say that we figured we wouldn't make an offer on, unless the pictures prior to seeing the house didn't really tell the story. House after house after house after house... In the end, we selected three core neighborhoods as ones we wanted to live in - all within the city limits - and considered multiple properties in those three. We selected a home in Hillandale and Brad helped guide us from offer to closing. Now two weeks post closing, we're busy making it our own. Buying or selling, I have no issues recommending Brad Bigelow. While our experience was a, based on his dedication and determination, I'd have to think sellers would see similar results and would not hestiate to use him in this capacity.
