We were looking to buy a vacation lake house property and he gave us an honest opinion as to what the property that we were looking at was really worth. He knew his market and he knew exactly what to offer (which was way below their asking price) and he was correct!!! He didn't push properties that he was selling on to us. He let us decide what properties we were interested in. He is very honest and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.
