I only have a year of experience but I'm one of the top producing agents in my office and have excellent client reviews. I strive to understand my client's wants and needs and exceed their expectations. The home buying and selling experience can be very confusing, and I make sure my clients are aware of the steps in the process and made sure everything that needs to be done is done promptly. To be successful in real estate you need to pay attention to what people are looking for and match their needs to what is available on the market. I will work with you to show you homes that match your needs. I show homes when it is convenient for my clients. I am happy to work evenings and weekend if that is what is best for my clients. Buyer reviewBy chance we were connected with Brad. We found our house on Zillow on a whim. We were not in the market. Brad reached out to us on a Saturday night and had the showing scheduled for Sunday afternoon. Brad clearly has a great working relationship with local lenders as he was able to reach out and have an appointment for Monday morning at 7. He quickly worked to submit our offer after we were preapproved, dodging a cash offer. He then worked extremely quickly to sell our old home in a matter of minutes. Brad's ease to work with only continued through the closing process. Brad was always available to answer any questions and frequently would check in with us. We never questioned where we were at in the process. We will continue to refer Brad to anyone we know entering the market and would work with him again personally in a heartbeat!
