BranDen Tipton of CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates

We initially started out with a different agency but were disappointed and felt like we were getting conflicting information. We requested a showing from a website and BranDen Tipton and Shianne Saylor met us at the house. Although the first house we looked at did not meet our needs, they asked us very specific questions and were able to provide us with several potential properties. Additionally, we received a detailed game plan on how they would sell our house. BranDen made the process as pleasant as possible. After we ran into some issues with the bank and had to delay our closing, my wife informed him of our frustration and asked if there was anything we could do to speed the process along so we could stop living with all our belongings packed in storage. He was able to coordinate with the seller's realtor so we could move into the new house 2 days later. This made the entire process so much easier and we were able to focus on selling our previous home. Shianne was extremely helpful throughout the process. From coordinating showings at the drop of a hat, answering any question we had, and pointing out things with different houses that we did not initially notice. Having her on our team really made us feel valued and kept us from making mistakes that we likely wouldn't have noticed until after we already moved in. Working with a team that understood our needs, sometimes better than we did, while making the stressful event of selling and buying a house manageable was more than I could expect. We didn't always know what we wanted but in the end, they got us into a house we are very happy with while navigating the bumps along the way. We couldn't have picked a better team to work with.

I'd have this man marry my daughter if I had a one and if BranDen wasn't older then me. Quite the professional and quite the person. He's the type of person who succeeds at anything he does, and what he's doing is selling houses and being a friend. I'd buy this man a round of golf any day of the week if you know what I mean

BranDen Tipton is very friendly and easy to talk to. He's very understanding and always works hard to make the customer happy. His work ethic is thru the roof. You can reach him at almost any time, day, night, work day or weekend! I highly recommend him and hope for the best for him!
