Seller reviewBrandi has worked with us through several home purchases. After "firing" three other agents previously, we found Brandi such a gem that we would never consider working with anyone else. She does an amazing job of keeping us up to date and taking care of all the little things that add up to big things. Moving is so stressful, why would anyone work with an agent that didn't take away as many of those stressors as possible. Brandi is the best.

Seller reviewWe had a unique situation in that we were going to be gone for 6 months. Brandi felt she had a couple of very well qualified buyers who should be interested in our property. In stead of doing a one time showing, she suggested we list it in case other buyers might be interested also. We did not want it on the market while we were gone, but Brandi worked out a method where that would not be a problem. Fortunately we found the perfect buyers for our property in 23 days and it wasn't an issue anyway! Brandi was there at every turn and helped us through the entire sale. We have owned and sold many homes in the past, this was the smoothest of all of them! It was, basically, no worries from the time of the offer until we closed. It went as quickly and smoothly as anyone could hope for. I certainly recommend Brandi and her team to anyone who is considering selling their home or acreage.

Seller reviewShe originally showed us a property that she had listed, and after that experience we felt we found someone who really knew her stuff and would be a good fit for future use as a realtor. We then used her when we made our offer on our first home, and were very happy to have her list it for us as well. both buying and selling have gone tremendously well, and even when tiny stressors came up - Brandi handle it all for us, which was wonderful to have while experiencing all this at 6+ months pregnant.

We were relocating from out of state and she was our representative in communicating with the seller to ensure timely closing and details were taken care of when we couldn't be present.
