Seller reviewAfter working with three previous brokers last time I sold a house, I found Brandi Nelson. She did such a fantastic job, I called her again this time. Another broker wasn't an option. Brandi is just awesome. She returns calls promptly, even if it's to say she doesn't know anything. That's so important to us detailed people. Even when the buyer's agent dropped the ball, Brandi didn't accept that answer and helped the buyer when she didn't have to. The sale went through.

She came to visit the property right away, looked over everything and gave us direct feedback on what we should do to help the house sell as quickly as possible. Life was busy on multiple fronts, and we struggled to get the things accomplished on time. She recommended that we hold off on listing until we completed the small projects, so we did, even though we were in a hurry to get it on the market.
