Her knowledge and grace are stellar! She's just awesome! Brandi is amazing! She is authentic and goes above and beyond to make things work. Brandi literally made the process manageable. There were multiple mistakes ( wrong address on deed, wrong name on closing documents, etc). I wanted to do Reserve Rights I was o upset. Brandi was professional, knowledgeable, persistent, creative, and focused on excellence and resolving any problems, even when they were not related to her role as agent.
