Personal Profile

I'm a lifelong resident of Boone and Winnebago Counties, I graduated from Belvidere High and have always been very interested in helping in my community with my daughter's school activities as well as her competitive volleyball Steam fund raisers. I'm also involved in several sponsorships with the Hononegah School District Sporting Events as well as the Roscoe Festival, Boone County Fair, and the Rockton Days Festival. In the very little free time that I have, I enjoy relaxing in front of a good movie or spending time with my family enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities. I also enjoy Home Decorating and Designing.

I decided to pursue Real Estate Sales, So I could actively pursue my passion and share in the joy a new homeowner feels when purchasing a new home. I also enjoy the challenge of a competitive marketplace that Real Estate Sales presents to me. Specializing in both listing and selling residential properties, I've built a large list of clienteles and have had a positive number of referrals along the way. I've prepared several Market Analysis Statistics, bid presentations for buyers and sellers, Researched listings, set up home inspections. I've promoted sales through advertising, worked with several websites to promote sellers' property, hosted open house events, and participated in the multiple listing services. Established positive flow of communication with agents, clients, attorneys, and all personnel involved in closing transactions. Educated sellers and buyers concerning property disclosures, Facilitated the closing process on behalf of my clients and insured that all parts of the contracts were met prior to closing, also developed profit and loss analysis, and return on investment for purchases of income properties. Having my own business in the past has been helpful in all aspects of business management: Customer Service, sales, purchasing, contract writing.
