Seller reviewBreanne Davis expertly & successfully guided us through the the entire process of selling our home. She patiently answered our questions and communicated with us as we prepared to list our home. In the weeks prior to listing she clearly explained the marketing process step by step and provided reassurance as needed. Breanne's attention to detail is exceptional and all services from the photography to the social media campaign were amazing which we know contributed to the large number of showings scheduled in the first two days of the listing. Breanne stayed in constant communication as her team fielded requests for showings and walked us through each offer so we were able to make informed decisions. We accepted an amazing offer within three days and since that time Breanne has stayed in touch regarding appraisals, timelines, etc. The closing went smoothly and there were no issues or surprises. Buyer reviewThe first time we meet Breanne she was upbeat and happy to show us the house that we were interested in. She made sure to tell us as much as she knew about the house. Us first time homebuyer we had no idea what we were doing but Breanne made sure to answer all of our questions. It didn't matter a what time of day if we need to call and talk about something on the house she would make sure she was able to help as much as she could. At the end of our home buying Breanne still keep in touch with us to make sure everything was still good with the house and us. So with all that said I was recommend Breanne Davis to any New home time buyer or even if they are not New buyer. Breanne was really good at answering questions and getting back to us as fast as she could. Breanne Davis is really good at making you feel comfortable and makes sure that you understand everything that is going on. Breanne also was open for any questions we had at anytime of the day. She was good at answering them as fast as she could. They made things easy for first time homebuyers.
