Buyer reviewI have dealt with a lot of realtors and Brenda Brazill has been the best and easiest to work with. She asked what we were looking for, understood what we were asking, and then was able to find our dream house. She was quick to set up showings and get us the paperwork needed. She was always responsive and clear in what we needed to do next. She was amazing dealing with the sellers in a very stressful situation. I would not have my dream house without her hard work and perseverance.

Seller reviewI had never sold a property before and Brenda Brazill makes you feel comfortable and is understanding of your circumstances. Property was sold quickly and within a $1000 of what I hoped for. Difficulty with demanding first buyer 10 days after listing but we both agreed to revoke offer and second offer received within a day after first revoked. Put home up for sale in a less than desirable time of year but still sold it quickly because of Brenda truly feeling the home was a very well kept home and worth the money. A great deal for a buyer. I felt very comfortable with Brenda from the beginning. She was always available and continually answered the many questions and concerns I had for her concerning the sale of my home of 50 years. Brenda, like all of us, has a life outside of work with a family and other obligations, but always responded to me and my concerns in a most timely manner. Believe me I had many questions and concerns and she had a lot of unexpected things going on in her life but I never felt that she felt I was bothering her or putting me second to anyone and anything. If anything I felt I should have refrained from bothering her myself, and not because she made me feel that way at all.

I've heard nightmare stories from others who have bought or sold a home, did not feel or see any of that. Brenda made the whole transaction smooth sailing.
