I have been a licensed Realtor since 1996, serving all of Solano County. I have been a resident of that county for over 25 years. I am a Certified Relocation Specialist assisting Personal, Corporate, Military and Affinity clientele love to help Sellers move on to their next home and Buyers get their dream home. My entire professional career has centered on providing excellent customer service. I am an excellent communicator, negotiator, manager and organizer. Using my knowledge of the current real estate market, I listen to what my clients need and want and translate that into their next move. My clients are 100% satisfied. The majority of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. My target market includes, Buyers and sellers of single family homes, from all stages of in their lives, from first time home buyers to empty-nesters. From first time sellers to those who are ready to upsize or downsize. I knew from the beginning that Brenda was a go getter, but she was never pushy. She let us drive the process at our own pace, which made all the difference. Brenda was very patient and I believe she respected our needs. She never made us feel as though we were wasting her time. We went to many homes, before deciding on having a home built. Brenda checked in with our builder and helped move the process along. She knew that it was important to us to get in before Christmas and she did everything she could to assist with making it happen.
