Brenda has been awesome to us in our past adventures and we wouldn't even consider using another agent. She came with us to all our meetings when building our new home. She always seems to have the appropriate amount of knowledge in every situation and her input is well considered. She is so experienced it's almost like she has had to deal with every situation and knows what path to take to achieve our desired results.

Brenda is one of the most knowledgeable agents in the area. She is also extremely good at following up on even the smallest of details. Whether buying or selling, you can be sure of one thing, Brenda will always look out for your interests above her own. I have used her for many transactions and can verify from experience that she is a well seasoned professional. She has been in the business a long time and knows just where all the pitfalls and problem areas are in buying and selling. On the buying side, she will not show you a property that she thinks is substandard or won't meet your criteria. On the selling side, she is really good at evaluating comparable properties and she has an instinct in pricing so your property will neither be under or overpriced. And to prospective buyers, she really knows how to sell by taking into account their interests and needs. And above all, Brenda is a really easy and accommodating person to work with. I have recommended her to my closest friends and she has worked out just as expected.
