Working with Brenda made buying our first home really easy and with as little stress as possible. She was able to get the closure of our home and keys in our hands in 3 weeks, which was of utmost importance to us as we were going on vacation and had to vacate our previous residence the weekend we got back. We are extremely grateful for how quickly Brenda Lee and her team were able to expedite everything for us down to the contracts and home inspection. She recommended an excellent fincancer, so we were able to buy a home with little to no down payment, which worked well for us as our timeline was next spring at the very earliest. I really don't think the whole process could have gone any more smooth. I highly recommend Brenda and her team to anyone that is looking for a new home!
