After our first meeting with Brenda, we were confident she would focus on the details we may overlook (with busy careers and small children at home!) and save us time and money by managing every aspect of the transaction. Brenda is the right combination of compassion and professionalism as we talked through opportunities in our home to edit to better meet the current market. She pointed out improvements that would help show the house and also projects to leave for the next homeowner. This helped us prioritize our resources, both time and money, and get our house on the market quickly. The staging and marketing photos showed our house at its best and we had many inquiries quickly after listing. Her attention to detail and going the extra mile on the appraisal/final paperwork ensured our closing processed without any missteps.
