Seller reviewOriginally I had put my house on the market the end of the 3rd Q 2016. Life took some interesting turns and I made the decision to take the house off the market after only 60 days. Brenda was very understanding and allowed time for my life to settle allowing me to make the right decision for me. I called Brenda in January 2017 after I had finally made a huge life decision (accepting another job and relocated to another state) and again put the house back on the market. Through all the unsettled areas of my life, Brenda was truly understanding and I always felt she really had my best interest. When I relocated, Brenda communicated often, letting me know what was going on and how the market was doing. She helped me find a contractor to do some repairs, met people at the house in my absence and really facilitated on my behalf. Brenda Rumball really went the extra mile for me. I felt like I was her only client even though I knew I wasn't. It was just that personal touch, communicating, caring and understanding which made the experience the best it could have possibly been.
