Buyer reviewBrenda has a vast history with so many folks in the community that have also become her clients. She's trusted and has a proven track record of going over and above on behalf of her clients. Her ability to understand our particular needs with regard to the sale of our property and purchase of another was a very important consideration in our choice of a broker. Brenda was broker for us in the sale of our home as well as the one we purchased. We felt that she went over and above in satisfactorily negotiating a mutually beneficial price. Brenda always took the time to answer any questions along the way that we had. She's never too busy to remain friendly and accessible to her clients. Based on her years of experience and other recommendations, we knew that Brenda was well qualified to be our broker. We never once felt that her service was lacking in any way. I've dealt with other agents that do not have the breadth of knowledge she has and it caused a great deal of angst. There were complexities involved in the sale of our home and with the purchase of our new property that she handled like a seasoned pro. Brenda did all she can do to make the experience with our house sale and purchase transaction processes go as smoothly as possible. This allowed us to relax with no concerns.

Buyer reviewFor about 5 years my wife and I had been traveling the Mid-Atlantic looking for places to relocate. And for about 5 years I have ATTEMPTED to check listings in other states, but IF someone ever got back to me, as soon as I mentioned that I was from out of state the communications would end. Again that is in the unlikely event someone ever contacted me at all. Brenda called me back maybe 15 minutes after I clicked on the "I am inner-ested in the property at....." box on the Internet. She worked with me here in Pennsylvania for about a month and we completed the sale of the house in Crossville Tennessee. There is NO WAY on the green earth that this home purchase would have taken place were it not for Brenda. The understatement of the year would be to say she went out of her way to help. On 2-16 we went to Crossville to check our house. Brenda and a friend in the area were heroes in making this happen.
