Seller reviewWe started the process of selling my Mother's land in March. Brenda came out and gave us some wonderful advice knowing we were not ready to sell at that time. When it became time to sub-divide and get the property ready, again she was extremely helpful even though we had not signed a contract to even list with her. Once listed the property sold in a week and she was so helpful the entire process. She was a wonderful person to deal with and extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the sale.

God bless her for jumping right in to help us tour the house and get our concerns addressed. We wisely made her agent and she made sure we had a timely bid submitted. We never felt a conflict by her being both seller's and buyer's agent. She is a consummate professional. There were no stumbling blocks encountered. Her local knowledge ensured the home inspection was promptly and expertly preformed. We never felt rushed or had any undo delays by Brenda throughout the purchase. I was extremely happy that the closing took place in the 30-day contract timeframe. Everyone at the firm worked together to make this purchase happen and they are still helping us as we get settled in. No strife and much pride in the excellent real estate experience they provided us. We will be engaging Brenda for the sale of our home.
