Brett Danaher grew up in the town of Huffman, TX, where he got a strong sense of small-town values and an appreciation for community. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. He is a 20-year veteran of the music industry and has traveled the world, establishing and cultivating life-long relationships with people from every walk of life. Brett has called Georgetown his home for over 15 years. He is a lover of all things barbecue and enjoys playing softball and basketball with his daughter, Lilly. Brett has volunteer experience locally in the food pantry at The Caring Place and has helped raise funds for McLane Children's Scott & White Hospital in Temple, TX. Brett's mission is to provide world-class customer service to his clients through strong communication, negotiation and market knowledge.

Buyer reviewIn this unprecedented market where agents are extremely busy, Brett Danaher made it feel like I was one of only a few clients. He provided salient guidance to the search and purchase of my new home and for the pending sale of my existing home. Brett provided a very level headed approach to the entire process. We had a seller very set on their terms, but waffled about following through with the sale. Brett was great about talking through the process, keeping professional communication channels open to the seller agent, and providing a contact to the Century 21 legal representative when that option was needed. Many agents / agencies do not have the resource backing afforded by Brett and Century 21. You do not think you will need it….until it is needed. I would most definitely utilize Brett and Century 21 again in the future.

He was also so patient and kind in educating us, being our first home buying experience, it was quite the learning curve for us, especially in another state. He always held true to his word and helped us make the right decisions by educating us or getting us the resources to make those decisions. Brett is the best example of a realtor and I highly recommend him for all your home buying needs.

Buyer reviewWonderful to work with, personable Mr Danaher was extremely diligent in making the negotiations go smoothly. He was in constant contact with me through the entire process. The pandemic, although restrictive in many ways, did not slow the signing process down once we were educated on the DocuSign platform. Great listener. As wise older folks, we tended to talk about the past experiences with P&S Agreements, but he was patient and attentive. Reception at the office was cordial and met our needs.
