Hello, my name is Brian Dee and I am a real estate agent with Century 21 Beggins in the Tampa Bay area. My wife and I moved to the area because we were drawn to the sparkling waters and the abundance of opportunities for boating. We searched for a waterfront home from Tarpon Springs to Venice and ultimately chose Apollo Beach because of its stunning views, extensive selection, and convenient location between Tampa and Bradenton/Sarasota. The Tampa Bay Sailing Squadron in Apollo Beach sealed the deal for me as a sailor. I became a real estate agent because I enjoy helping others and working hard to earn a living in an industry that interests me. Century 21 Beggins in Apollo Beach was a great fit for me and allowed me to use my prior business and sales experience in my new profession. The Tampa Bay area has a wide range of real estate options, from urban to suburban to affordable retirement living, all close to the Bay and its breathtaking beaches. My focus has been on southern Hillsborough County suburbs and northern Manatee County, with a special emphasis on waterfront and adjacent communities. Retirement communities in Apollo Beach and Sun City Center have many resources and activities for active seniors, and I am happy to serve those communities as well. This area is also a popular choice for military families due to its proximity to Tampa and MacDill Air Force Base, and there is a variety of housing options available, including new construction with energy efficiencies and resales with upgrades in prime locations. Seller reviewBrian Dee and Nancy Conley were both incredibly wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. From the first time they met with me to discuss listing the house up to the day of closing, they were readily available to help in any way I needed. They even helped facilitate me holding my own estate sale when I had limited time and resources to get the items I no longer needed out of the house. Nancy and Brian are very likeable and easy to talk to but they are never less than 100% professional. I have bought and sold at least 10 other properties in the past, but no other agent came close to the level of service that Nancy and Brian offered. I have recommended them to many people over the last year and will continue to do so. They are the best!

Seller reviewI bought my original house in Apollo Beach, FL in 2009, and both Brian Dee and Nancy Conley were my team realtors helping to navigate me through a short-sale purchase process. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I used them again 10 years later to purchase a rental property in early 2019, also in Apollo Beach. Their friendly and sincere client rapport, plus their outstanding knowledge of the local area, marketing expertise, and negotiating tactics were critical factors in why I selected them a third time as seller agents for my original property. Brian and Nancy put together an outstanding, multi-faceted marketing plan that resulted in a quick sale at near the realistic asking price; despite the house being a short-term vacation rental with limited viewing times. Brian and Nancy were very responsive in coordinating all aspects of the sale of my house. They brought their highly developed professional "A-Game" to the real estate process, providing piece of mind for both buyers and sellers. Buyer reviewMy daughter felt Brian Dee would be a perfect fit for my husband and me as we searched for a new home in Florida after living on a self maintained farm for 28 years. She was right. Brian was warm and seemed to personally care about finding the right home for us. We looked in a generic way with Brian early winter to more or less familiarize ourselves with the areas available. Once we sold the farm and had money in hand, we high tailed it to Florida and seriously looked with Brian for less than a week (but we covered a lot of ground). This started on a Thursday and by Tuesday the next week when I was almost depressed, we found the perfect home for us, made an offer and the rest is history. They countered once, we came back with a firm offer and they accepted our offer. We bought a home! Brian arranged thru his office to get us a loan, we closed, we had some renovations done which Brian also helped with and now we are trying to get our nest feathered and fluffed to our expectations. We will not have everything we ordered until late October but we plan to invite Brian over for a shindig at that time. I would highly recommend Brian Dee to anyone looking to find their perfect landing spot in our part of Florida.
