Hello My name is Brian P. Lanoza, Realtor at Century 21 Advantage Gold, PA's Largest Century 21 Firm! So you're looking to buy or sell your home. I have been selling real estate since 2004. My competitive spirit along with my moral upbringing have guided me to become one of the most productive and successful Real Estate Agents in Pennsylvania. My first year in the business I was awarded Rookie of the Year in my company. Over the years I've earned the Prestigious Century 21 Centurion Award for Overall Production; the Century 21 President's Award along with many Outstanding Customer Feedback Awards. My proudest accomplishment was earning the Century 21 Centurion Honor Society award in 2016.
I've sat on top Agent panels and spoke to other real estate professionals about how to build successful real estate careers especially when you are new to the business. Seller reviewMarketing a home during the COVID 19 shutdown proved to be quite interesting. Brian Lanoza stayed on task and continued to do all he could while honoring the state mandated regulations. The house sold as expected within an acceptable period of time. The minor repairs requested before settlement were handled through the realtor directly to avoid delays. Brian, as always, was professional and friendly to deal with. Brian clearly defined the "buyers assist" request, as I was unfamiliar with this tactic presented by the buyer's agent. I have bought and sold eleven properties to date. I have utilized Brian as both a buying or a selling agent on some of these deals. He is easy to contact and is diligent in cross communication. As the reality of the pandemic hit the world of realty, Brian advised to keep the house actively on the market to give buyers a glimpse of my home online. Although the house was listed four days before the shutdown, Brian's optimism never failed. When restrictions were lifted, the house sold and went to settlement within a few weeks. Atta boy- Brian!
