Seller reviewBrian went far beyond what would be considered normal expectations. He took control of any issues that arose and resolved them in moments. When questions arose from potential buyers he had the answers and even proceeded to go to the township to get a copy of the survey of the property to show potential buyers how large of a pool and where it could be placed in our yard to enhance the sale. If i had him from the start of our listing we would have sold our house even sooner than we did. I don't feel that excellent is a fair ranking of Brian's performance, there should be a level above as he went way above expectations. he was always available when we needed him and when we were traveling he even would go to the house to change light bulbs and put our dog in the utility room to enhance the presentation and selling of our house. I have such a good feeling about the selling of my house by him that i would classify him as a SUPER AGENT- someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty.
