Buyer reviewBrian reached out to me soon after i inquired about some properties. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in lining up properties that fit our needs. Brian is the best agent I have dealt with to date. He worked very diligently to find us another property when our first contract fell through. I felt very comfortable with Brian handling everything for us. I would go straight to him the next time I needed an agent. 5 stars!

Buyer reviewFrom the first meeting he was upfront & honest. Just what I needed as a first time buyer. From the beginning Brian took the time to explain to me step by step how the whole process was going to go , so as they came up I was familiar with how to handle it. I think that was the most helpful for me as a single first time homebuyer. I am so grateful for his patience & time. I can most definitely say I was blessed to have had Brian step into my life at the right time of homebuying , I've thought about purchasing a few times but never went even a inch of a way because I didn't feel as comfortable as the way Brian made me feel (like family) .. I would and have already recommended Brian and Century 21 to a few people for the outstanding work. I couldn't be more pleased or happier!!!!

Buyer reviewBrian did a great job coordinating and showing us a multitude of homes in a very short time frame. His knowledge of the area was excellent and his guidance was helpful w/out being pushy. Brian was an advocate for our purchase while also helping to mediate the process and make sure that all aspects of the purchase went smoothly. Brian was especially patient with Tracy and me and very reactive to short notice asks and schedule modifications. Overall, we were very happy with Brian and the Century 21 Staff and would highly recommend Brian and the collective team.

Our agent, Brian Monahan, was ever so patient and always made sure we were able to see the properties we were interested. He knew the area well and gave excellent recommendations for good food and best areas to visit. Brian was always prompt in his communications and responsive to our questions and listened to our needs and our goals. He did not promote his own agenda and we appreciated that. We have told everyone we know to call Brian when ready to purchase beach property!

He arranged viewings based on the criteria we had given him. He was timely and flexible. He was able to adjust options based on our feedback (likes and dislikes) This enabled him schedule the appropriate homes.
