In 2004, I received a Bachelors of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism from Eastern Washington University. I volunteered at the Cheney and Spokane police departments helping to make the public more aware of what positive contributions the officers do in the community. Additionally, I volunteered at the Bureau of Land Management specializing in the Wild Horse and Burro adoption program, allowing the public to be able to adopt the wild horses and burros that roam our lands. Since 1995 I have been involved with helping my mom maintain her rental and commercial properties and in 2009, I decided to turn that into a career. I became an apartment manager for a large firm in downtown Spokane, managing 14 apartment buildings, and commercial buildings such as the Eldridge building, the Steamplant Square, the Seehorn-Lang building, the Courtyard Office center, Morgan Building condos, and finally the Ridpath hotel. Since the company specialized in buying and renovating historic buildings, my residential real estate passion soon blossomed into the commercial side. I love taking a piece of raw land and developing it or taking a historic building and bringing the life back into it. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors vs watching tv all day. My wife and I have two beautiful boys and we love taking them hiking, swimming, camping, or anything outdoors related. How I can help you? Plus calming me down when there were problems Brian was always available for questions of concerns during the sale. Seller reviewMy experience with Brian was paramount. I could not have had a better agent. My only regret was that I never had the privilege to meet him face to face every thing was on-line or the telephone. He directed his calls to accommodate my schedule since I work 12 hour nights put up with my inexperience on the computer and gave sound advice. He even went to the dump when some trash from the house had not been disposed of from the hauling company without being asked to. I believe this young man to be an asset to and company a n d a sweet soul. Could not have been a better experience Excellent would recommend to anyone Only dealt with brian Excellent sorry the response to this survey is a little late but I lost my tablet until today

Seller reviewBrian left some business cards in Springdale. I liked that he wanted/actively sought listings in the area. Many, I suspect, do not want to bother with the tiny town nearly an hour from their Spokane offices. He seemed to really listen and to follow though as we planned. He did a great job with photos and a flyer handout, and he respected the wording ideas I contributed for the online ad. Brian was great to work with and made himself available as needed. He also helped in person with paperwork, which was much appreciated. I had two offers right away and Brian took me step by step though the process to closing with a second higher offer after the first buyer, whose full price offer I accepted, did not sell her house as soon as I needed. He is professional, friendly and considerate, all of which made the stressful home selling experience, while looking for a new home at the same time) a rather smooth process.

He never rushed us into a decision and was willing to work with us despite our own personal challenges we were having. There were a few times during this process where we didn't think we were going to be able to purchase a home (due to personal reasons) but Brian was always available when we were looking again, and inevidebly got us into a home we almost decided not to look at. Had it not been for Brian's open mindedness and positivity, we would not have the home we do today. Thank you!
