When we sat down with Brian Panacek, it was immediately obvious to us that he was going to be invested in finding us a home that both of us were going to be proud to call our first home. It was also very clear that both of our (significant other and myself) wishlists were going to be part of his criteria for selecting homes to show us. Mr. Panacek worked around the clock, even sending us updates and responding to our questions after-hours. His eagerness to make us happy made choosing him an easy decision and we will be recommending him to any and all friends and family. Mr. Panacek was incredibly knowledgeable about the communities we were looking in. He was also not afraid to point out potential problems that he noticed with properties as we were walking through them. His willingness to discuss and point out potential problems had the potential for lengthening the amount of time he would spend on our search, but this did not detour him from putting our best interest ahead of his time/schedule. Mr. Panacek was also fantastic when it came to explaining portions of the contracts in terms that made sense. There was not a single point during the process where I felt uniformed or pressured. Mr. Panacek was incredibly polite and patient with us. We were first time home buyers and as you can probably imagine, this meant that we had a tremendous amount of questions and looked at quite a few homes. Mr. Panacek remained patient and understanding, even as we decided to withdraw an offer on a home due to some distrust with sellers and their disclosure on the home. Instead of becoming frustrated, he encouraged us by suggesting that we probably made the right decision and helped us move on from what was a very emotional decision. Brian Panacek was incredible throughout the entire process. He gave us the sense that we were approaching the biggest decision of our lives with not only a knowledgeable and professional realtor, but a friend who had only our best interests in mind. I've heard horror stories from friends and family about their experiences buying homes. Our experience was quite different. Buying our first home with Mr. Panacek was a wonderful experience and a memory that will not be forgotten. We are now first time home owners and I hope that others can experience the fun of that process as we did with Mr. Panacek.
